Wauwatosa resident named to AICPA Council

    David O. Christianson, CPA, partner with Wipfli, LLP in Milwaukee, will represent Wisconsin on the Governing Council of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). 

    Christianson has been a member of the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs (WICPA) since 1982. He served as president of the WICPA in 2005-2006. Christianson has served on many committees and task forces including the Public Policy Committee and the Small Business Assistance Committee.

    Christianson resides in Wauwatosa.

The WICPA is the premier professional organization for Wisconsin CPAs, with more than 8,000 members working in public accounting, industry, government and education. Like other professionals, certified public accountants are required to obtain additional education, take a rigorous exam and become certified.
