WICPA announces its 2011-2012 Board of Directors

    William G. Heinrich, CPA, shareholder and director of quality control with Schenck SC in Green Bay, has been named past president of the 2011-2012 Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) Board of Directors.

    Nicholas S. Lascari, CPA, CEA partner with Balistreri, Jezo & Co., LLP in Brookfield, has been named president of the 2011-2012 Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) Board of Directors.

    Danica E. Olson, CPA, accounting manager with the Milwaukee Bucks, Inc., has been named president-elect of the 2011-2012 Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) Board of Directors.

    Todd J. Poppe, CPA, CPFO, CGFM, chief financial officer at Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) in Milwaukee, has been named secretary-treasurer to the 2011-2012 Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) Board of Directors.

    Thomas J. Alberte, CPA, senior director with BDO Seidman, LLP in Milwaukee, has been named vice president of the 2011-2012 Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) Board of Directors.

    Jennifer M. Binsfeld, CPA, supervisor at Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Green Bay, has been named vice president to the 2011-2012 Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) Board of Directors.

    Jessica B. Gatzke, CPA, supervisor in the tax department at Scribner, Cohen and Company  SC, CPAs and Advisors in Milwaukee, has been named vice president to the 2011-2012 Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) Board of Directors.

    Kenneth M. Macur, CPA, Ph.D., associate academic dean and professor of accounting and information systems at Edgewood College in Madison and consultant at Kenneth Macur & Co. in Madison, has been named vice president to the 2011-2012 Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) Board of Directors.

    Joan M. Phillips, CPA, partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Milwaukee, has been named vice president of the 2011-2012 Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) Board of Directors.

    Matthew I. Raunio, CPA assistant professor of business and economics at the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan, has been named vice president of the 2011-2012 Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) Board of Directors.

    Carver Smith, CPA, search practice leader with Baker Tilly Search & Staffing in Milwaukee, has been named vice president of the 2011-2012 Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) Board of Directors.

    Steven R. Volz, CPA, partner with Reilly, Penner & Benton, LLP in Milwaukee, has been named vice president of the 2011-2012 Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) Board of Directors.

    Sherry L. Watson, CPA, vice president at M & I Wealth Management in Milwaukee, has been named vice president of the 2011-2012 Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) Board of Directors.

AICPA Council

    David O. Christianson, CPA, partner with Wipfli, LLP in Milwaukee, will represent Wisconsin on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Council.

    Gerald E. Denor, CPA, executive vice president-administration of Dana Investment Advisors in Brookfield, will represent Wisconsin on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Council.
