WICPA Logo Use Guidelines

Only WICPA members may use our logo:

The logos are sole and exclusive intellectual property of the WICPA. The logo may only be used by WICPA members in good standing, or with prior permission from the WICPA, if and only if such use is pursuant to the terms and conditions of this limited and revocable license. Any failure by a user to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein may result in the immediate revocation of this license, in addition to any other sanctions imposed by the WICPA.

WICPA logos must not be physically altered:

The logos may not be revised or altered in any way, and must be displayed in the same form as produced by the WICPA. See proper use guidelines.

WICPA logos are WICPA property:

Use of the logos shall create no rights for users in or to the logos or their use beyond the terms and conditions of this limited and revocable license. WICPA reserves the right to request samples of use of the logos in order to determine compliance with these terms and conditions. Without further notice, the WICPA reserves the right to prohibit use of the logo if it determines that a user’s logo usage, whether willful or negligent, is not in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of this license, otherwise could discredit the WICPA or tarnish its reputation and goodwill. The WICPA may revoke this license for any reason it sees fit upon written notice to you.

Incorrect use of our logo:

Below are examples of incorrect use of the WICPA logo. Please do not horizontally or vertically scale our logo in the following manners.

When working in 2-color or 1-color situations where the colors used are not our PMS colors, please make our logo 1-color only.
