This presentation will address some commonly underappreciated land mines and how to proactively address them before they blow up in your face. Topics will include the Affordable Care Act, benefits issues associated with acquisitions, special challenges facing sponsors of self-funded health plans, benefits concerns with respect to contingent workers, controlled group issues and withdrawal liability, among other recurring benefits challenges.
