WICPA Mission Statement
The Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants is a professional association which strives to serve its members, assure the public, and maintain the integrity of the accounting profession through the provision of continuing education, peer review, community service opportunities; involvement in the legislative process; and communication with the public through the print and broadcast media.

Shape the future: Join a WICPA committee
Meaningful member involvement is a top priority at the WICPA. We are looking for future-oriented people who want to be part of moving the CPA profession forward. We invite you to join a WICPA committee and make a difference.

You may wish to contact a committee chairperson and ask about a specific committee. E-mail addresses for committee chairs are found on each committee's web page.

When you have identified the committee on which you would like to serve, please contact Tammy Hofstede at tammy@wicpa.org or call her at (262) 785-0445, extension 3013. Thank you for your dedication to making the WICPA a better organization.

  2. To be recognized as a major influence in the career selection of new entrants.

  3. To strengthen legislative and regulatory advocacy for the profession and to improve members' understanding of the value of this activity.
