Jean M. Hansen, CPA, CGMA - ChairJean M. Hansen, CPA, MBA, CGMA is the vice president of finance at Manitowoc Tool & Machining, LLC in Manitowoc. Hansen has been a member of the WICPA since 1996 and currently serves on the Finance Committee and Membership Advisory Committee. She lives in Two Rivers with her husband, Jeff, and has two adult children, Sarah and Dane. She also enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, Grace.
Robert A. Gruber, Ph.D., CPA, CGMA - Past ChairRobert A. Gruber, Ph.D., CPA is an accounting professor at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, serving as its department chair (2001-2009). Gruber is past president of the WICPA Educational Foundation. He was a school board member for the Mukwanago Area School District (1998-2004), and served on the Disney Internships and Programs National Advisory Board (2009-2012). Gruber and his wife, Cindy, an accounting instructor at Marquette University, live in Mukwonago. They have two children: Alyssa and Robbie.
Dennis F. Tomorsky, CPA, J.D., CGMA - President & CEODennis F. Tomorsky, CPA, J.D., CGMA leads the WICPA on professional issues, legislative and regulatory oversight, strategic planning, Board of Directors relations, Board resolutions and policies and external relations. A member of the WICPA since 1989, Tomorsky has served as a member of the WICPA Board, CPAs in Industry Committee, Southeast Chapter and several WICPA task forces. He has frequently lectured and written on human resources, accounting, tax and other topics.
Most recently, Tomorsky served as shareholder and senior employee benefits attorney with the law firm of Davis & Kuelthau, S.C. in Brookfield. He received his B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 1975. He graduated from the Detroit College of Law in 1981. Prior to practicing law, Tomorsky held audit and tax positions at two Big 4 CPA firms in Detroit and a small CPA firm in Grand Rapids, Mich. He and his wife, Betty, live in Elm Grove. They have two daughters, Jessica and Johanna.
