Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace: Policy & Program Considerations (Free to Members)

In the wake of the current social justice movement, employers are challenged with issues on how to support the current movement by examining and developing policies and programs that advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Although not a “one-size-fits-all” proposition, this session will address ways in which employers can support the current movement by taking actions to create a diverse workforce for the development of an inclusive and equitable work environment. Further, we will address training and educational opportunities to advance DEI efforts to prevent bias and discrimination in the workplace.
NOTE: This session qualifies for 1.2 credits toward the ethics CPE requirement for CPA license renewal in Wisconsin.
