More companies hiring new staff remotely

U.S. companies are changing the way they recruit talent amid the COVID-19 pandemic, new research from global staffing firm Robert Half shows.

According to a survey of more than 2,800 senior managers in the U.S., 53% said their organizations have hired new full-time or temporary staff remotely during the pandemic.

Of the managers who hired new talent, 75% said they had conducted remote interviews and onboarding sessions. The survey also found that 61% said they advertised fully remote jobs. See more research highlights here.
