Fitting ‘me time’ into a busy schedule

For many professionals with busy schedules, it can often seem like the days blur together in an endless routine of work, eat and sleep. Such heavy workloads can lead to fatigue, stress and decreased productivity — especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

That’s why it’s essential to fit “me time” into a busy schedule, says one time management coach. If you don’t take time for yourself intentionally, you will unintentionally, like mindlessly scrolling through social media.
