IRS to resume home visits post-pandemic

November 19, 2020

IRS agents since February have followed up with high-income individuals who earned at least $100,000 but failed to file income tax returns.

The pandemic temporarily halted some efforts, but the agency plans to resume and expand them once the health crisis rescinds, IRS officials say.
