Preventing screen-based headaches

The amount of time we spend looking at computers and our devices is a common cause of headaches.

Whether you use tablets, desktop computers, phones or any other screen, you’re at risk for developing a “computer vision syndrome” that causes tension headaches and migraines.

Part of the problem is having dried eyes. When looking at screens, people tend not to blink as often. To prevent screen-based headaches, consider these tips.
