A proposed administrative rule order that defines "earned income" and "primary income from farming" for purposes of homestead credit is currently in progress with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR). See the scope statement here.
The DOR will hold a comment period for economic impact later. Additionally, the DOR will hold a public hearing for the permanent rule. The Wisconsin Administrative Register will publish information as to the date and time of the public hearing.
