New survey tackles top issues for CPA firms in 2021

October 30, 2021

Earlier this year, the AICPA’s Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) asked CPA firms to rank their most concerning challenges.

The 2021 PCPS survey reviews the top five issues per firm size and provides key insights on results that may enhance the understanding of firms’ concerns.

The survey’s takeaways include ongoing staffing concerns, a need for tighter cybersecurity, an emphasis on more succession planning and persisting complexity in the CPA profession. See the survey.

This tool is an example of the turnkey practice management tools and resources PCPS delivers. PCPS is an add-on firm membership section within the AICPA. A PCPS firm membership, at only $35 per CPA, up to a max of $700 per firm, is a great investment for a broad range of practice management resources.
