The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed administrative rule CR 21-085 on Friday, Dec. 3.CR 21-085 is a series of proposed permanent rules related to income, franchise and excise tax provisions.
Individuals can make an oral presentation at the hearing. Those unable to attend can submit written comments about the proposed rule order by Dec. 3.
