If you find yourself overwhelmed by your dependency on technology, you are not alone. Technostress may be a new term, but the overwhelming feeling caused by technology is all too familiar.

Technostress is the stress and negative psychological impact of introducing new technologies at work, at home and in play. Like with most stressors, technostress can affect you physically, mentally and emotionally.
