Making small changes to improve your workday

As with every new year, employers and employees alike seek to improve themselves and their daily habits.

Rather than trying to undertake large changes all at once, researchers suggest making small adjustments in your daily life that are easy to accomplish.

Researchers suggest starting the day with a short list of things you are grateful for that morning, such as a good night’s sleep or your hot cup of coffee.
