Six trends for hiring managers

Employee recruitment and retention continues to evolve as needed skills change and new technologies emerge. With the unemployment rate at a record low, companies of all sizes are competing to attract and retain employees in a competitive labor market. Organizations are exploring ways to entice and keep job candidates, including higher salaries, flexible schedules, training and other perks.
