Firms consider keeping certain pandemic-led changes

As life returns to some sense of normalcy following the COVID-19 pandemic, tax and accounting firms are considering which practices to keep moving forward.

Firms found their ability to deliver services improved with the shift to remote working, according to a new survey.

The report also found advisors’ level of job satisfaction increased when firms offered remote work as an option.

Firms that embrace this job flexibility, among other things, will likely have an advantage when recruiting and retaining talent, the report concludes. See more findings.
