The Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) invites all accounting and finance professionals to participate in a short survey to explore talent retention in the profession.
The 10-minute survey aims to understand why accountants and other financial professionals stay or voluntarily leave their organizations or the profession.
IMA will accept survey responses through Saturday, Feb. 18. All responses will remain confidential.
