The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) has released its state tax bulletin for January 2023.
The DOR's January 2023 tax bulletin outlines new income and franchise tax laws, sales and use tax laws, an enforcement report and reports on litigation.
The DOR bulletin also encourages businesses to comply with Wisconsin’s unclaimed property laws and avoid penalties through its voluntary disclosure program by Feb. 28, 2023.
