Wisconsin DECA is seeking volunteer judges for its 2023 Wisconsin DECA State Career Development Conference on Tuesday, Feb. 28, in Lake Geneva.
DECA is a local, state and international recognition organization with a mission to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management.
The Wisconsin chapter has approximately 11,000 members across the state with career-focused students who want to improve their skill sets through events like the annual conference.
Wisconsin DECA needs over 100 additional judges to participate in the 2023 Wisconsin DECA State Career Development Conference.
Volunteer judges conduct role-play interviews using a provided scenario, questions and score sheet. The judging process is user-friendly and a rewarding experience for participating high school students.
