The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) has released its state tax bulletin for April 2023.
The bulletin outlines new income and franchise tax updates, sales and use tax updates, an enforcement report and reports on litigation.
The DOR bulletin also reminds out-of-state businesses that it will regularly contact them to determine if they have nexus and must file Wisconsin tax returns. See the tax bulletin.
