Most small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) are investing in cloud migration, but only 42% of them are using their data to drive growth, according to a new business survey.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) surveyed more than 800 C-suite executives, vice presidents and directors from SMBs across the globe representing many industries.
Findings from the survey underscore the challenges and opportunities for SMBs that are not yet realizing the full value of their data assets.
In a recent blog post announcing the survey results, AWS said cloud migration is only a first step toward leveraging valuable data.
