The AICPA has posted a series of tutorial videos and CPA Exam sample tests to help candidates prepare.
The sample tests are an online version of the real CPA Exam software. Exam candidates can practice with a sampling of multiple-choice questions (MCQs), task-based simulations (TBS), and written communications tasks (WCT) for each section of the Exam.
Taking the sample tests will help candidates become familiar with the format and functionality of the Exam software; however, performance on each sample test is not an accurate depiction of readiness to take the Exam. Before taking the sample tests, the AICPA recommends viewing the tutorial videos.
