BMO Harris has sold and leased 10 more of its branches across the state, namely Milwaukee, Hartland, Kenosha, Beloit, Green Bay, Marshfield, Merrill, Oshkosh, Portage and Watertown.
All the properties were sold to BL Branch Group II LLC, an affiliate of the New York-based Brookline Development Co. LLC, according to state records.
Altogether, the properties were sold for nearly $15.3 million. All the branches were sold and leased back long term.
