As part of its 2019 strategic planning, the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) is seeking input from external stakeholders on what the department does well and what it can improve upon.
The Wisconsin DOR survey only takes a few minutes to complete, and all responses will remain anonymous. The deadline for the survey is Monday, Nov. 18.
