The 2019 annual report issued by the Internal Revenue Service Advisory Council (IRSAC) includes recommendations to the IRS for more than 20 new and continuing tax issues in tax administration.
The report is the first published by the reconstituted IRSAC, which now addresses topics previously addressed by the former Advisory Council on Tax Exempt and Government Entities (ACT) and the Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee (IRPAC). Topics in the report range from on-demand payroll for small businesses to electronic filing for wage and investment groups.
