Tax professionals cannot submit electronic returns to the IRS and Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) until the systems open. There is no advantage to submitting paper tax returns before Jan. 27.
The filing deadline to submit 2019 tax returns is Wednesday, April 15.
