Another tax season means another round of stressors. If you find yourself overly stressed out at work, you’re not alone.

A quarter of Americans view their jobs as the biggest stressor in their lives, according to The American Institute of Stress (AIS). The AIS also found the vast majority of employees – 80% – feel stressed out at work.
