The Wisconsin Department of Revenue is eliminating Forms 1A and WI-Z to correspond with the IRS’s elimination of Forms 1040A and 1040EZ for tax year 2018. Since 85 percent of taxpayers file their tax returns electronically, most will see no difference when preparing their returns.
