The Department of Labor recently updated its FAQ webpage to inform employers and employees of their rights and responsibilities under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).
The updated FAQ includes definitions for paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave. The FAQ also answers questions regarding the FFCRA effective date and responsibilities of small to midsize business employers.
