Time is running out for taxpayers to go to the Get My Payment website to enter their direct deposit information in order to receive their economic impact payments electronically.
Individuals who have not yet shared their bank account information with the IRS must do so by noon on Wednesday, May 13, to receive the coronavirus relief through direct deposit.
After May 13, the Bureau of Fiscal Services will deliver the payments via paper checks. The IRS estimates that the checks will arrive in late May to early June.
