Americans are understandably focused on the COVID-19 pandemic right now, but many are still ill-prepared for the risk of natural disasters to come.
Six in 10 Americans think a natural disaster will impact them in the next three to five years, according to a new AICPA survey, and only 15% have created a disaster plan to protect their finances.
While some survey respondents reported taking initial steps to establish a plan, there is more work to do.
