Last June, the AICPA received the .cpa (dot CPA) top-level website domain to use exclusively for entities affiliated with the accounting profession.
The .cpa extension will verify legitimate accounting services to prevent hackers from mimicking a firm’s website domain.
Starting July 1, AICPA-confirmed firms and other entities can reserve their .cpa domain for approximately $195. To learn more and to register, visit www.domains.cpa.com.
