IRS unveils 2020 list of tax scams

The IRS recently unveiled its annual Dirty Dozen list of tax scams with a special emphasis on aggressive and evolving schemes related to coronavirus tax relief, including Economic Impact Payments.

The 2020 Dirty Dozen focuses on scams that target taxpayers, including phishing, fake charities, social media scams and senior fraud. For the full list of Dirty Dozen scams, click here.
