Sessions covered in this On-Demand replay of the Financial Institutions Conference:

Artificial Intelligence: Impacts for Community Financial Institutions

Artificial Intelligence is one of the newest and most transformative change agents to impact the financial services industry, yet confusion rages about what is truly AI, what are the opportunities and risks of leveraging different types of AI in financial services, and how best to prepare for its impacts -- especially generative AI. In this session, we will review recent developments, introduce a framework for understanding AI in financial services, and examine how generative AI works, including its strengths and limitations.

ALM Hot Buttons & Strategies for Success

Following a period of dramatic interest rate shifts, what can financial managers expect in 2025? Even if rates stabilize, rebalancing balance sheets will likely be a key priority. This session will also address current liquidity monitoring and stress testing considerations.,

Ethics & Decision Making

This practical guide to ethics explores underlying principles that can lead to better ethical decisions. This includes asking how the increase in remote work and use of artificial intelligence impacts our ethical decision making and accountability. The idea is to create an ethical culture in the workplace.

NOTE: Certificates of attendance showing the CPE credit earned from this On-Demand program will be sent to your primary email on file approximately 2 weeks after viewing as we receive attendance reports from our streaming service provider.
