Dues Payments Terms & Conditions
Dues Rates
- Dues rates are subject to change each year and are approved by the WICPA Board of Directors.
- Members enrolled in auto-renewal will be notified of the ucpoming dues rate approximately 30 days prior to being charged.
Credit Cards
- All credit card information is encrypted, and no longer visible once entered into our site.
- The WICPA reserves the right to terminate membership for non-payment of membership dues.
- Members are responsible for updating their payment information in the event their card is declined or expired.
Changes/Cancellations
- The WICPA's membership year runs from May 1 to April 30.
- Members enrolled in auto-renewal who would like to opt out of auto-renewal, must make the update on their account page or submit their request to membership@wicpa.org at least 14 days prior to May 1, to be opted out for the new membership year.
- Members enrolled in auto-renewal who have decided to terminate their membership must contact the WICPA at least 14 days prior to May 1, to be removed from auto pay for the new membership year.
Refunds
Membership dues and application fees are non-refundable.
