ACPEN Signature 2026: Annual Tax Update

Overview

For practitioners, it's a challenge to stay current or ahead of the curve! Change in the tax law is a virtual certainty & keeping up to date is always difficult. Congress most recently enacted the 2025 One Big Beautiful Bill Act & is actively working on further tax legislation. The IRS has issued & will continue to issue many forms of guidance-- including regulations, notices & revenue rulings-- on the provisions contained in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. The courts continue to issue decisions of major significance in the tax area.

This ACPEN course will include a panel of nationally recognized tax experts reviewing the latest legislative, regulatory & judicial developments affecting individuals, corporations, partnerships & other business entities. They will also give the latest updates on the legislative process & try to project future developments!
